Can I use the Mosti-publication to argue against silver dressings?

The RCT published by G. Mosti compares the efficacy of Sorbact and Aquacel AG in reducing the bacterial load in leg ulcers. From a scientific point of view, it is not correct to assume that all silver dressings have the same efficacy as Aquacel AG. Legally, this assumption would be considered unfair discrimination if we were to state this in our promotional materials.
