How long should Sorbact be used for diabetic foot ulcers (DFU)?

In particular, diabetic feet are difficult to heal and diabetic foot infections progress quickly. Unlike medicines, there are no precise guidelines on the length of treatment. Sorbact should be used for as long as the infection persists. There is no limit to how long Sorbact can be used. (Dressing changes should be made according to the IfU.) It can be discussed whether Sorbact could also prevent infections in diabetic foot ulcers. If so, Sorbact can be used for even longer.
