Will there be any smell in the wound area while removing the dressing for first time after using Cutimed Sorbact dressing?

Odors are often caused by bacteria. Sorbact® reduces the bacterial load by a physical mechanism. As a result, the odor caused by bacteria disappears as the bacterial load is reduced. However, there can be other reasons for bad odor, so there are dressings available that bind the odor with activated charcoal. However, they do not reduce the cause of the odor. Nevertheless, they are effective in reducing odor.
